Groundnut, also known as peanut and Gnut is one of the best sources of protein. Groundnuts are counsumed in many ways in Africa; they can be roasted and eaten as a snack, ground into a powder and eaten as a sauce, or added in other sauces to uplift their flavour. Processed and packed in highly hygiene condtions without stones or debris.
